Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Iowa Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," or "our"), a mobile auto detailing business based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. By scheduling a service or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Iowa Mobile Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services, including exterior washes, interior cleaning, full details, and related services. Services are performed at the customer's specified location within our service area. Specific service offerings and pricing are discussed during the booking call and are subject to change.

Booking & Appointments

Appointments are requested by calling our business line. Our AI voice receptionist will collect your booking details, which are then reviewed and confirmed by our team. A booking is not final until you receive a confirmation message from us.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any appointment at our discretion, including due to weather conditions, scheduling conflicts, or location restrictions.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By verbally consenting during a call with our AI voice receptionist, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Iowa Mobile Detailing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS messages we send may include:

Booking confirmations
Appointment reminders
Itemised service pricing (when requested during your call)

Message frequency: 1–3 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS from Iowa Mobile Detailing. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.

For help: Reply HELP to any SMS. You will receive a response with our contact information.

Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled service appointments. Please call us directly to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that customers cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of their appointment. Last-minute cancellations may impact our ability to serve other customers and may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Prices are quoted during your booking call and are subject to adjustment if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described.

Liability

Iowa Mobile Detailing takes care to perform all services professionally. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle that was not disclosed prior to service. If you believe damage occurred during service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Service Area

We currently serve the Cedar Rapids, Iowa metropolitan area. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our established service area.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Linn County, Iowa.
